Important Customer information to help prevent the spread of coronavirus COVID-19

 

ATTENDING A SERVICE, MOT OR REPAIR APPOINTMENT

Please read before arriving for your appointment with our Service Team

We have undertaken a number of changes in the business to meet the Government guidelines to reduce the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 and will take very opportunity to make your visit to our dealership and service centre a safe and pleasant one.

We have drawn up a list of the main changes below in order for you to familiarise yourself with things before your arrival and also assure you that we are taking the prevention of transmission extremely seriously for everyone’s safety.

 

  • Do not attend an appointment if you or anyone in your household is unwell and please call to rearrange as soon as you are aware you cannot make it.
  • We politely request, that a maximum of 2 people (from same household) attend.
  • Your visit has been arranged by appointment for your own safety and that of our employees, please ensure you arrive on time. The collection of your vehicle will also be arranged by appointment.
  • Should you arrive early you may be asked to wait in your car until asked to enter the showroom/service centre in order to prevent too many people being in certain areas at any one time.
  • Please retain 2m social distancing from others at all times.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands, or use hand sanitiser upon entry to the dealership.
  • Upon request your vehicle can be fully UV sanitised prior to your collection once the work is completed and will then be locked to prevent any opportunity for contamination.
  • Your keys will also be sanitised and returned to you sealed in a bag to prevent the opportunity for contamination.
  • Screens have been introduced at all our desks for your protection and that of our employees.
  • We will unfortunately no longer be shaking hands to thank you for your custom and kindly ask you to avoid all physical contact with any of our employees.
  • Payment card terminals have been resituated to allow you easier access to them without the need for them to be passed to you.
  • The drink vending machine and water cooler remain available for your use providing free drinks in disposable cups, but we must now ask you to select and collect your own drinks from either machine as our employees will unfortunately no longer be offering to get you a drink.
  • Clean air sanitisation systems using UV filtration have been introduced around the business to further reduce the spread of the coronovirus.

·         We will have endeavoured to fully prepare the vehicle so it can be ready for you to immediately drive away should you decide it is the one for you.
