Promotion standard rules:

1. These Promotions (the “Promotion/s”) are organised and hosted by Just Nice Clean Cars Limited of Just Nice House, Millers Road, Warwick, CV34 5AE (“Just Nice Clean Cars”).
2. Promotion Offer 1 runs from 1st April 2021 to 24th December 2021 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion standard rules shall apply in conjunction with the Promotion specific rules set out below. By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be legally bound by both the Promotion standard rules and the Promotion specific rules, and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. The Promotions are open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Just Nice Clean Cars and any of its affiliates or trade customers. These Promotions are open to retail customers only and excludes any fleet, heavy goods vehicles and company vehicles.
5. Any personal data relating to customers will be used by Just Nice Clean Cars wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this promotion and for no other purpose(s) unless consent is provided otherwise.
6. You may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs of you for use on a promotional website or Just Nice Clean Cars’ marketing material. This is not conditional to your entry, and your consent will be sought separately.

Promotion specific rules:

1. No cash alternative will be offered, and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotions.
2. Applies to MOT Inspection Tests Class 4 only for all offers shown.
3. Offer 1: – in order to be eligible for the Promotion, during the Promotional Period customers must book an Interim, Full or Major Service over the phone or via the online booking form. The Service & Sanitisation must be carried out on the same day.
4. Entry to these promotions is subject to vehicle types, availability and Just Nice Clean Cars being able to service your car.
5. Just Nice Clean Cars reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
6. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
7. Neither Just Nice Clean Cars, nor agencies involved in these Promotions, will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Just Nice Clean Cars cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any customer entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any discount. Nothing shall exclude ‘Just Nice Clean Cars’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
8. Oil included up to a maximum of 4 litres, further additional oil will be chargeable. Specialist oils available at additional cost.
9. A retest fee of £9.00 may be applied to vehicles that fail the MOT test and have remedial work carried out elsewhere.

How to redeem:

1. Bookings can be made via telephone, in centre or via the online booking form.
2. Reference must be made at the time of booking, to the required Offer and where a combination is required to be eligible for the Offer they must be booked at the same time.
